CEO Mykola Herasymenko and Business Development Director Kateryna Knysh Represented MCL Group at WindEnergy Hamburg 2024
From September 24 to 27, 2024, representatives from MCL Group took part in a working visit to Hamburg, Germany, where the 10th-anniversary WindEnergy Hamburg conference and exhibition was held. This year’s event saw over 40,000 participants from 100 countries, with 1,600 exhibitors from 40 countries showcasing their products and services across 10 exhibition halls. Ukraine was prominently represented at the event by the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA), of which MCL Group is a member. A significant attraction at the UWEA booth was the digital catalog, specially curated for WindEnergy Hamburg 2024, featuring key players from the Ukrainian wind energy market and highlighting advanced projects and initiatives open for collaboration.

At this year’s WindEnergy Hamburg, MCL Group primarily focused on project development. The company offers various formats of collaboration in the wind energy sector, ranging from the sale of advanced projects to joint greenfield development, with an emphasis on effective risk management.
Additionally, Kateryna Knysh, as member of the UWEA Secretariat, participated as a speaker at the special conference session “Renewables4Ukraine – A Successful Initiative Supporting Renewable Energy in Ukraine.” During her presentation, she discussed the development of Ukraine’s wind energy market amidst the ongoing full-scale invasion and outlined key trends for its future growth.
