In recent times, due to the fact of huge quantity of unfinished construction project and low proposition on land market, more developers pay attention on objects of unfinished construction. This is positive decision that it cannot possible underestimate. On one side, it solves critical question housing accommodation, and on other side – eliminate grey unfinished construction project. Firstly, it is a hazard for humans that are unsuspicious of such hard neighborhood, can inhale harmful active substances (enzymes) for month. The molds are zygomycetes, ascomycetes that form a branched mycelium without big and faintly visible kames, which emit spores – enzymes. These enzymes, hitting into respiratory system, stomach or skin integument, can cause toxic poisoning, allergic rhinitis, and asthmas and provoke cancer. In addition, mold is one of hazardous factor of biocorrosion and biodegradability of construction materials.

Ukrainian legislation determines general terms and conditions for residential house safety and quality in CN&R 2.08.01-89 and SCN B 2.2-15-2005 «Residential housing. The main terms and conditions». In addition, family standards ISO 16000 include anti-pathogenic measures.
